is a "limited edition" print?
Limited edition prints, or offset lithographs, are reproduced
from an original painting and printed on high-quality archival
paper. They are signed by the artist and numbered to limit
the quantity of prints available in the edition.

is an "artist proof" print?
An artist proof is a print that comes in a very small edition.
Our artist proofs are limited to 50 prints. They are signed
and numbered, and carefully proofed by John R. Carlson.

is "original" artwork?
Original artwork is just that- original. These watercolor
paintings are exclusive, one-of-a-kind works of art.

What
sizes are your prints?
Our prints vary in size according to the scale of the original
artwork from which they are printed. By clicking on the individual
icons on our Gallery pages, you
may view each print and their corresponding sizes.

How
will I receive my order?
Our larger prints are shipped in a wide triangular tube to
ensure a safer transport. Small prints are shipped flat. Please
note that all small prints are signed in the white area surrounding
the image area. The standard rate for shipping within the
United States is $5.00 per order. Prices vary slightly for
larger orders, shipping outside the United States and original
artwork.

Is
the merchandise on the website the same as that offered at
the art shows visited by John R. Carlson?
Most of the prints available at the art shows we attend are
also available on the website. However, at some art shows,
we feature original, non-printed artwork that is not available
online. To find out if we will be at an art show near you,

have an older print that I do not see online. Why is it not
listed?
John R. Carlson has painted many works of art throughout his
career. Many prints have sold out and will never be reprinted
in order to preserve its value.

types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and
personal checks. Cash on delivery is not available.

How
long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to mail orders out within five days of the
transaction. Sometimes, we are out of town attending art shows.
On these occasions, we will do our best to make arrangements
for you to receive your order upon our return.
