Phone Ordering

Any item on our website my be ordered by calling us at (205) 967-6515. Each call is taken personally by Jane Carlson, the artist's wife. Please leave a message if she is unable to take your call and she will return your call as soon as possible.

Email Ordering

Feel free to email us with your order requests, name and telephone number. We will then contact you to complete the order. Please do not send credit card information via email.

Sales Tax

Please note that 8% sales tax applies to Alabama residents.

Shipping

Our standard shipping rate for United States Shipping is $5.00 per order. However, for large orders, shipping outside the United States or original artwork, shipping rates vary. Please contact us for more information.

Return Policy

Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority and we believe that you will truly enjoy your purchases from John R. Carlson Art. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s).
